INSIDE THE SPARK APPROACH
Begin with the person. Bring in the evidence. Make the next step useful. Then keep learning.
Product architecture and intended behavior. Not a claim that every capability is live.
04 / INSIDE SPARK AI
Understanding. Knowledge. Decisions. Action. One advisor that is designed to keep learning alongside you.
Remember the question, the work and your correction. Keep the source, not a permanent label. “I like explaining prices” should change “I want to design games”.
A correction → updated context
Interactive architecture illustration. Product principles, not a live model or a claim that every capability is deployed.
SIX PRINCIPLES. ONE ADVISOR.
Remember what supports an idea about a student: who said it, what work showed it, and whether the student confirmed it. Keep a parent’s observation separate from the student’s own view.
A correction changes the context used in later guidance. A single silence or abandoned task is not a personality diagnosis.
Academic and admissions guidance needs more than a plausible answer. Connect the relevant facts to their sources, education system, application cycle and limits.
A requirement that has not been checked stays unknown. Calculations and hard constraints should not depend on a model improvising numbers.
Bring together the student’s interests and preparation, family resources, deadlines and academic requirements. Explain both the recommendation and what would change it.
“A better fit” does not mean an easier goal. It means the reasons, demands and uncertainties are visible to the family.
Help with the question, outline or draft in front of the student. Explain a specific problem, propose a useful next attempt and review what actually changed.
An AI-generated artifact is not evidence of a student’s ability. The student’s own reasoning and work remain distinct.
Parents and students have independent identities. Shared plans use permitted facts, constraints and progress, not an unrestricted pool of private conversations.
Permissions apply before information reaches the model. A carefully worded prompt is not a substitute for access control.
Keep track of the current decision, next action, materials and review point. Resume the actual work when someone returns, and update it when circumstances change.
A failed action must stay visibly unfinished. Returning a confident sentence does not mean a task has been completed.
THE POINT IS THE PERSON
The intended service starts with the family’s question, not a catalog of projects to sell. External expertise and official information still matter. Spark’s job is to work out what applies here, explain the trade-offs and help the family decide.

Personal identity isolation, memory and task infrastructure have local foundations. That does not by itself prove the complete family service works in WeChat.
